Copyright complaints

In short: if something on a page we host infringes your copyright, send us a notice with the items below and we will act on it.

How to send a notice

Email copyright@wedorganizer.com. The notice should be from a person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and should include the items listed below. We will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the workspace owner.

What to include

— A description of the work you say is infringed.

— A link to the page or pages on wedorganizer.com where the material appears.

— Your name, postal address, phone number, and email.

— A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized.

— A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

— Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your material is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. The counter-notice should include the same items above and identify the removed material.
